Ontario Not-For-Profit: Future Charitable Intention

You can name your company (e.g., John Abraham Construction LTD.). If you don't choose a name, the registration number will be used as the name of your company (e.g., 1265168 Ontario LTD.). To learn more, read the help section.

To register a corporation in this province, a local provincial physical address is required where the government will send documents. If you do not have a physical address in this province, our agency provides address and mail scanning service.

This Not-For-Profit Corporation is applicable if it has intention to be a charitable organization in future. The articles of incorporation for a charity intended corporation is different than a non-charity intended corporation. For a non-charity intended corporation, choose the product Ontario Not-For-Profit: No Future Charity Intention. If you want to form a registered charity now, you may choose the product Incorporate an Ontario Registered Charity.

Note: If you want to add more than 5 directors, you may need to place a customized order. For now, you can place order with these five directors and afterwards, give us a call to convert it into a customized order.
