Ontario Registered Charity Incorporation

You can name your company (e.g., John Abraham Construction LTD.). If you don't choose a name, the registration number will be used as the name of your company (e.g., 1265168 Ontario LTD.). To learn more, read the help section.

Note: An Ontario Registered Charity is formed in two stages. In first stage, an Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporation is registered. In second stage, we will file to CRA for converting it into a Registered Charity. The registration queue is applicable for the first stage only.

An Ontario Registered Charity is formed in two stages. In first stage, we will set up an Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporation under Ontario Public Guardian and Trustee. In second stage, we will file to CRA for converting it into a Registered Charity. If you wish to do the first stage only, choose the product Ontario Not-for-Profit: Future Charity Intention. If you don't have charity intention at all, choose the product Ontario Not-for-Profit: No Charity Intention.

To register a corporation in this province, a local provincial physical address is required where the government will send documents. If you do not have a physical address in this province, our agency provides address and mail scanning service.

Note: If you want to add more than 5 directors, you may need to place a customized order. For now, you can place order with these five directors and afterwards, give us a call to convert it into a customized order.
