Chargebacks and Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback for any service or product, the following procedures apply:
Chargeback Notice and Communication
When a chargeback is received, Incorporation Agency will attempt to contact the user using the contact details provided at purchase. Our goal is to resolve the situation directly before engaging in a formal dispute process.
Responding to Payment Disputes
If direct resolution is not possible, or if the user does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, we may challenge the chargeback through the payment processor. Evidence we may provide includes:
Government forms prepared, filed, or obtained on the user’s behalf
Proof of preparation or shipment of physical goods
Email exchanges and order confirmations
Payment receipts and transaction records
Recorded phone calls
Any additional documentation connected to the order
Outcomes
If the dispute is decided in our favor, the transaction stands, and all outstanding amounts remain payable by the user.
- If the dispute is resolved in the user’s favor, Incorporation Agency may still pursue recovery of unpaid fees for completed services or delivered products. This may include using a collection agency or reporting the debt to credit bureaus, where legally permitted.
Dispute Resolution Conditions
As part of resolving a dispute, Incorporation Agency may require the user to sign a Non-Disparagement Agreement. This agreement may prohibit the user from posting negative, defamatory, or harmful statements about the company, its services, its products, its staff, or its business practices on public platforms such as social media or review websites.
